Chinese Customer Support

Requirements

• Male / Female; Graduate of any 4 year course
• Fluent in English & Mandarin both written and oral communication
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in basic computer operations (MS Excel, MS Word)
• Ability and desire in handling customers with care
• Excellent customer service skills on phone, web & email
• Courteous and able to build positive rapport with customers
• Dependable and has solid work ethic
• Preferably with call center work experience but not required
• Flexible and willing to work in shifting schedules
• Should be available for new employment immediately
• Must be holding a Tourist visa or Temporary/ Permanent Resident Visa

English Customer Support

English Creative Writer

Responsibilities:

The English Creative Writer will be responsible for development and editing of all English editorial content for websites, email templates, advertisements and other marketing and promotional collaterals requiring English language expertise.

The duties and responsibilities of the English Creative Writer are:

1. Develop English language editorial content for websites, emails, newsletters, banners, and other electronic or interactive marketing materials
2. Develop English language creative content for offline marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, banners, etc.
3. Develop other English language content and editorial such as news stories, business correspondences, feature stories, etc.
4. Work with web designers in developing online and offline English language marketing materials to ensure copy-effectiveness
5. Copyedit and proofread all English language content for marketing materials to ensure they conform to English language suitability, grammar and structure and that the correct message is relayed to intended recipients of such materials
6. Performs miscellaneous work-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Graduate of Journalism, English, Advertising, Marketing, or other related degrees
• Must be a native English-language speaker and writer (UK, Australian or New Zealand English)
• If Filipino, should have excellent English (UK, Australia, New Zealand) writing skills
• Relevant years of work experience as a creative writer either as a journalist, magazine writer, or copywriter
• Must be passionate about writing, possesses flexible writing skills and the ability to write for different genres – news writing, business writing, features, sports writing, press releases, advertising copy, website content, etc.
• Internet savvy, excellent MS Office skills
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM a plus
• Team-player, hard-working and needing minimum supervision
• Willing to work in/relocate to the Philippines

Chinese Creative Writer

Responsibilities:

The Chinese translator and editor will be responsible for translation work from English to Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and vice-versa for websites, email messages, advertisements, and other marketing and promotional collaterals requiring Chinese language expertise.

The duties and responsibilities of the Chinese Translator / Editor includes:

1. Translation into Chinese language of editorial content for websites, emails, newsletters, banners, and other electronic or interactive marketing materials
2. Translation into Chinese language of creative content for offline marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, banners, etc.
3. Translation into Chinese language of other content and editorial such as news stories, business correspondences, feature stories, etc.
4. Translation of Chinese materials into English for comprehension of English-speaking colleagues


5. Work with web designers in developing online and offline Chinese language marketing materials to ensure copy-effectiveness
6. Copyedit and proofread all Chinese language content for marketing materials to ensure they conform to Chinese language suitability, grammar and structure and that the correct message is relayed to intended recipients of such materials
7. Performs miscellaneous work-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Male or Female, graduate of relevant degree
• Must be a native Chinese-language speaker and writer (Simplified and Traditional) with very good English-language writing and speaking skills
• If Filipino, should have excellent English (UK, Australia, New Zealand) writing skills
• Relevant years of work experience as a creative writer either as a journalist, magazine writer, or copywriter
• Must have experience working in an environment where Chinese and English writing and translation skills are a must (previous work as a writer in a creative environment such as ad agency, design studio or PR firm an advantage)
• Internet savvy, excellent MS Office skills
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM a plus
• Team-player, hard-working and needing minimum supervision
• Willing to work in/relocate to the Philippines
• Must be willing to undertake tests to prove suitability to the position
